Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) 

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of the date of purchase, by and between:

Foundation in Property Management Institute, a Non-Profit based in NC.

and the purchasing student.

1. Purpose: The Disclosing Party has developed and owns certain confidential and proprietary information related to the online property management course (the "Course").

2. Definition of Confidential Information: "Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to, course materials, curriculum, proprietary methodologies, trade secrets, and any other information disclosed by the Disclosing Party during the Course.

3. Obligations of the Receiving Party: The Receiving Party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information and not to disclose, reproduce, or use such information for any purpose other than the intended educational purposes of the Course.

4. Permitted Use: The Receiving Party may use the Confidential Information solely for personal learning and professional development. Any other use, including but not limited to commercial purposes, is expressly prohibited.

5. Duration of Confidentiality: The Receiving Party's obligations of confidentiality shall continue for a period of [insert duration, e.g., two years] from the date of termination or completion of the Course, whichever comes later.

6. Exceptions: The obligations of confidentiality shall not apply to information that is (a) already known to the Receiving Party at the time of disclosure, (b) publicly available or becomes publicly available through no fault of the Receiving Party, or (c) independently developed by the Receiving Party without reference to the Confidential Information.

7. Consequences of Breach: Any unauthorized disclosure or use of the Confidential Information by the Receiving Party may result in legal action, including injunctive relief and monetary damages.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within North Carolina, US.

Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA) for Online Property Management Course

This Confidential Disclosure Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of he purchase date, by and between Foundation in Property Management Institute, a Non-Profit based in NC. and the purchasing student.

1. Purpose: The Disclosing Party desires to disclose certain confidential and proprietary information related to the online property management course (the "Course") to the Receiving Party for the purpose of facilitating the Receiving Party's participation in the Course.

2. Definition of Confidential Information: "Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to, course materials, curriculum, proprietary methodologies, trade secrets, and any other information disclosed by the Disclosing Party during the Course.

3. Obligations of the Receiving Party: The Receiving Party agrees to use the Confidential Information only for the purpose of participating in the Course and to take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized disclosure or use of the Confidential Information.

4. Non-Disclosure and Non-Use: The Receiving Party shall not disclose, reproduce, or use the Confidential Information for any purpose other than the intended educational purposes of the Course. The Receiving Party shall not use the Confidential Information for any commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party.

5. Duration of Confidentiality: The Receiving Party's obligations of confidentiality shall continue for a period of [insert duration, e.g., two years] from the date of termination or completion of the Course, whichever comes later.

No Refund Policy for Online Property Management Course

This No Refund Policy ("Policy") is entered into by and between Foundations in Property Management Institute (P.O. Box 2, Wentworth, NC 27375), and the purchaser of the online property management course ("Customer").

1. Payment and Enrollment: By enrolling in the online property management course provided by the Company, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this No Refund Policy.

2. No Refunds: All payments made for the online property management course are non-refundable. Once the Customer has enrolled in the course and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Course Access: Upon successful payment, the Customer will be granted access to the online property management course materials. The Company reserves the right to revoke access to the course in the event of any violation of the terms and conditions outlined in the course agreement or any other applicable policies.

4. Course Content and Delivery: The Company is committed to providing high-quality course content and delivery. However, it does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the course, and no refunds will be issued based on the perceived value or satisfaction with the course content.

5. Cancellation or Rescheduling: The Company reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the course at its discretion. In the event of such changes, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled Customers and provide alternative options, but no refunds will be issued.

6. Exceptions: Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing access to the course, subject to verification by the Company.
  • Extraordinary circumstances, subject to the Company's discretion.

7. Contact Information: For any inquiries or concerns regarding this No Refund Policy, the Customer may contact the Company at [Your Contact Information].
